Every few years I “need” some new espadrilles (blame the ranch, grime of Midtown, and giant Texas rain for ruining my others).

Mr Wannabe has a “thing” for them and I’m happy to oblige 😀

Just a few days ago, I found some we both liked at http://www.dillards.com but today, they were gone.

It’s April and I saw a lot of “last pair” and “only 1 left!” In size 9 for Clementine*

So, I had to jump. 

Find the brand and style on sites like Dillard’s.com, Nordstrom’s, dsw.com or Aerosoles.com then search for them on Amazon.com. They ship for free and arrive in 3 days.

In herring boxes, without topses…



(Herring boxes-enormous wooden boxes of old (above, left) were used to ship salted herring in the 1800s. Clementine’s feet were considered so big, that only a herring box could hold them).
