I’ve been doing this ladies-only weightloss programme for about 6mo now and lost 20#. I gained 17 back from vacations though I thought I was doing things right. The downfall was not having access to a scale, enough water, restrooms, and travel bloat-a known phenomenon.
I’ve taken 9# easily called a “dump” but the remaing 8# are so far, elusive. I’ll keep at it.
The premise of the plan are 4 basics:
1. Sleep 2. Water 3. Eat only when hungry 4. Eat only to enough.
That’s it. Plus lots of big-girl cussing from the fearless Southern leader, Corinne.
