I’m currently adjusting several meds at once and they don’t make me feel very good. This transitioning of brain meds takes time and it can be so frustrating. I get a few weeks of good and then a few weeks of sick.
It’s just the nature of the beast. To eventually stop taking one I’ve been on for 20 years is pretty tough. Tired. Nauseus. I could only imagine what a chemo patient must endure. Angels have special hugs for them.
One day at a time. That is all we have.
I’m hoping my next report is feeling good and on the treadmill.

Keep trying, we all need you so much.
