Keto “Cheetos” Recipe


I have a simple snack or meal for low carb or ketogenic eaters:

Pork rind “Cheetos”

1 bag plain pork rinds
1-2 T Vermont Powdered Cheese
1/2 tsp buttermilk powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp garlic or onion powder
1/2 tsp arrowroot

1. Zap pork rind in a bowl in microwave 2 minutes
2. Put all dry ingredients in a 1 gallon Ziploc
3. Put cooked pork rinds in Ziploc with powdered ingredients and shake bag.
4. Enjoy but watch the calories
