Back to the 90

Losing that last 10 lbs is so difficult.

I tried
*Starving until 5pm each day
*Only fat
*Interval training

Now it may be time to try something new:
Tiny food portions and 90mins low impact cardio on non-cardio interval days.

Back to 90 mins of Real Housewives on my tablet. Sigh. I need to find something new. Perhaps Project Runway.

I can’t face the doc over my weight limit.

I will let you know how it goes.
