If you don’t like it, don’t eat it

*If you don’t like it, don’t eat it.
*Eat fat

Sage advice from an obesity doctor who successfully treats obese peoplr with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.

A high fat, low carb diet is HEALTHY for half of us.

Eating mostly fat keeps me a size 4/6.

Eggs and bacon, my standard.

How could anyone screw this one up?

With candied maple bacon, that’s how.

So gross.

There was so much sugar in it, I might as well have eaten a Snickers candybar.

So, I set it upon my husband:

“This is HORRIBLE, taste it.”

He munched on it.

And my toast.

“Don’t blame me if you fall asleep on the train later…” I said jokingly.

I the ordered a different breakfast with avocado (that he originally ordered) and that didn’t taste like a sugar crash.

Restaurants can be a minefield – hit or miss.

This one was one of those rare misses.

Remember, you are no longer a member of the clean plate club, you don’t have to eat the bread, potatoes or sugar bacon.

You have the power to say no.

And still fit into your “skinny you” jeans.

  1. I do higher fat/lower carb too, works awesome! I stick to Turkey bacon though, and also far away from sugar!
